Mr. Loschl's experience includes the position of Executive
Chef of Umberto's Al Port. This popular Italian restaurant in Vancouver,
BC was named "The Best Restaurant in Vancouver" under his guidance.
In 1987, Johann functioned as the Fine Dining Room Chef for the Westin Maui. He was instrumental in developing this start up Hotel/Restaurant into five-star recognition.
